These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent people’s court in Xiamen, where our company is registered.
