Returns policy

1. General Return Policy

Due to the nature of solar mounting systems and customized engineering products, we do not accept returns for reasons unrelated to product quality (such as incorrect model selection or changes in project requirements).
Only quality-related issues or manufacturing defects qualify for return or replacement.


2. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

A return or replacement is available if:

  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or missing parts

  • The specifications delivered do not match the confirmed order

  • There is a verified manufacturing issue affecting product performance

To qualify, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide:

  1. Photos or videos showing the issue

  2. Proof of purchase (Invoice or PO number)

  3. A detailed description of the problem


3. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized mounting system components

  • Products modified, installed, or used by the customer

  • Items damaged due to improper storage, installation, or operation

  • Clearance items or special project-priced orders


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

If the return is due to our fault (incorrect product, missing items, quality defects):
✔ We cover all return/replacement shipping costs.

If the return is due to reasons unrelated to product quality:
✘ The customer is responsible for shipping fees, customs duties, and related costs.


5. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive the returned goods:

  • A quality inspection will be carried out within 5–7 business days

  • If approved, replacement parts or compensation will be provided

  • If not approved (damage caused by misuse), we will notify you with inspection evidence


6. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

  • The ordered product cannot be delivered

  • The replacement is not available

  • Both parties agree to refund after negotiation

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
Funds will be returned via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production or material preparation has started, cancellation is not accepted.

Customized orders cannot be cancelled after confirmation.


8. Damaged or Lost Shipment

If goods are damaged or lost during transportation:

  • Contact us within 7 days

  • Provide photos, videos, and shipping documents

  • We will coordinate with the logistics provider and arrange compensation or reshipment
