Terms of Policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation. Customized products or large project orders may require 7–15 business days depending on specifications.


2. Shipping Methods

We provide global shipping through trusted international logistics partners, including:

  • Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)

  • Air Freight

  • Railway or Express Delivery for small components

  • Door-to-Door DDP shipping (available for selected countries)

The shipping method will be arranged based on order size, destination, and customer preference.


3. Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times:

  • Asia: 7–15 days

  • Europe: 15–35 days

  • North America: 18–40 days

  • South America: 25–50 days

  • Middle East & Africa: 15–45 days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, port congestion, or other logistics factors.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the following:

  • Order size and total weight

  • Destination country or region

  • Shipping method (Sea/Air/Express)

  • Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.)

We will provide a detailed quotation once your order details are confirmed.


5. Order Tracking

Once the shipment is dispatched, we will provide:

  • Tracking number (for express shipments)

  • Bill of Lading (B/L)

  • Commercial Invoice & Packing List

  • Any additional shipping documents required by customs

Customers can track orders via our logistics partner’s websites or through our support team.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees unless a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service is chosen in advance.
We can assist with providing all necessary documentation to ensure smooth customs clearance.


7. Shipping Damage or Missing Items

We use reinforced packaging to protect all solar mounting products.
If you receive damaged or missing items:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods

  2. Provide photos/videos of the damaged items and packaging

  3. We will arrange replacement or compensation as soon as possible


8. Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure your delivery address, contact information, and company details are accurate.
We are not responsible for delays or additional fees caused by incorrect shipping information.


9. International Restrictions

Some countries or regions may have restrictions on specific materials or system components.
We recommend checking local regulations before placing your order.
