2. Do you support customized project design?
Yes, we offer free customized design based on your project details, such as roof type, soil conditions, wind/snow loads, module size, and installation requirements.
3. What materials are your products made of?
Our systems mainly use anodized aluminum 6005-T5, hot-dip galvanized steel, and stainless-steel components, ensuring durability and strong corrosion resistance.
4. What is your usual lead time?
Most orders can be produced within 7–15 days, while customized or large-scale projects may require 20–35 days depending on quantity and specifications.
5. Do you offer samples?
Yes, we can provide samples free of charge, as well as simple customization and processing of samples based on your designs. For samples requiring mold making, please contact our team for further information. Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping and international express delivery costs of the samples.
